Refund and Return Policy

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days from this date to return any unwanted or unsuitable products. If there are any issues with you order, you are welcome to return it within 14 days. The products which you wish to return cannot bear any marks of usage and must have all the original tags attached, items must be returned clean and unworn. It must also be in the original packaging. You´ll get a refund within 5-10 working days after we have received and approved the quality of the products. Refund will go to your original payment method. Delivery costs added to your returned order are not refundable. The items you wish to return are under your responsibility until we receive them. All return costs are covered by you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

When we receive the returned product and inspect the quality, you will get a confirmation in form of an e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After our quality check has been successful, you´ll receive a refund that will be sent to original method of your payment, within a certain amount of days.

You have the right to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of making the purchase unless the order has already been shipped. Any order that has been shipped can no longer be cancelled. If you still don’t need the item, you can reject the delivery and the item will get returned to us. We will issue a refund when we have received the order back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
